She's so adorable. She reminds me of Spring... It looks like she would go dancing out in the rain jumping from puddle to puddle... How cute!
The dress and hair are great, but one thing to point out with the boots. Wellies don't usually cling at the top, It's more open and goes straight down. Do you get it, I think I worded it a little more awkwardly then I was attempting to.
