I was about to say that I think they were banned for being under 13, though Mina is now above that age and once more on if I noticed correctly last night. The thing is anyone who joins below 13 is breaking the ToS that you signed when joining. The site could be sued for your presence there if anything happens, so they really have to be careful, especially since the site is such a big one.
