Sometimes it depends; I've worn makeup to school for no reason at all, except for it being a good day, a last day of school, etc.
If I want to make my eyes pop out, I usually wear mascara and sometimes I do attempt to use eyeliner, but my eyes are weird and don't take the eyeliner right, even if I use the 'connect-a-dot' method. >_<
There's this one eyeshadow I wear that's these awesome bronzy colors, red, yellow, darkish brown, lightish brown. I wore it to make my eyes stand out, but instead it makes my HAIR stand out because the colors are similar. It's weird.
My aunt got me this really cool bronzy eyeshadow box, and I'm not entirely sure if it's supposed to be all over. O.o
