The old one was getting a bit long, so I created a new thread. Here are the rules:

* Rate the signature and avatar of the person posting before you.
* You can only rate a person's avatar and siggy once until they change it. (this is to prevent spamming)
* Ratings go from 1 to 10, 1 is worst 10 is best.
* Also provide an explanation why you rated like you did. (eg. "Siggy: 7 It is nice but the flashing animation is a bit annoying." or "Av: 3 Really unoriginal.")
* Be nice; you don't have to like a person's sig or av, but there's no need to be nasty about it.
