People constantly reoffend. In fact, when most people are sent to prison they usually end up making more contacts in the criminal world and became further involved in it. By sending these murderers to prison for life, we risk creating perfect monsters. What about men like Dahmer who had tricked the police before and offended multiple times? Should he have gotten the priveledge of living his life out in prison when there was a possibility he could've been released or that he would escape?
