Not all premature babies are tall. My friend was 8lbs 9oz [overdue] and she's nearly 6 feet. Under 4lbs IS premature and completely unhealthy. So by saying anyone weighing over 5lbs is going to be short is like saying, "everyone who was born healthy and not premature is going to be short" That's a lie. I have this over friend who was born premature and she's not even over 5feet... I don't know where you heard that, but it's wrong.... That would make approximately 96% of the general population "short".
I wave 5lbs 11oz, btw. Which, ironically, is my birthdate, too. [5-11, May 11th]
