Yes, but I really wouldn't consider Hollister...high fashion. :/ It's just...beach clothes, really.
The t-shirts aren't even that great looking. Flip-flops shouldn't be worn any place EXCEPT the beach.
I'm going to Italy pretty good, and Milan is on my places to go list. <333
