Ah that dress looks like it's from Mary Magdalene or Victorian Maiden. (right?)
Not many stores in America sell real Lolita (there IS a store opening somewhere in California though). If you live in London you might be able to find some Lolita stores.
Most places you usually have to order from Japanese catalogues...(most don't ship outside Japan though)
That's why I sew my clothes.
