I agree with Wayarie. That's what I've always thought. If you die in the middle of something, or you have unfinished buisnuess or haven't accomplished something needed to be accomplished, you have to finish your unfinished buisnuess. Like if you ever had a worst enemy that killed someone, maybe you wouldn't know what your unfinished buisnuess was. When you find out you might just take roaming the earth for eternity because it feels right. But I think that that's why some spirits are said to be horrible just because they want to get out of the planet and go to hell or heaven. They just don't want to be in this dump anymore. But I think other spirits are friendly and are only there because either thay can't figure out their unfinished buisnuess, or can't do it because it's something horrible or they can't get theirselves to do it. But some are also friendly because they were horrible when they lived and their unfinished buisnuess was to finish your life off on a good note, and make everyone which you did wrong reassure themselves about you.
And the reason I don't agree with rotting in the dirt is just the same reason as I think a lot of people would. That life can't be just a big pothole and when you're done your life is over with and you lay there like sleeping. Sometimes I just repeat over and over my head, This is me seeing, speaking, typing, laughing, running. But I still can't understand it. And it feels so supernatural and interesting if there's a reason why it feels that way sometimes. Or when your house creaks at night. Maybe because someone you lost is trying to make things right. And maybe they sit right over you and look at you at night and cry. Maybe they dispise you and wish their unfinished buisnuess was otherwise. But I think that there has to be more than rotting in the ground, because if there wasn't, maybe certain things wouldn't feel the way they do, and things wouldn't happen the way they do. I think if there was nothing more to life, then this place would be a boring, black and white pothole and everyone would die to get out of here. But then when you do die, all you get is to rot in the ground and get eaten.
