OK, I downloaded GIFFY and it works, and my image is transparent. Can you give me like full instructions for how to make it blink, like step by step. Because, I don't know what effect to use. I put the delay on 30, but I also don't know what to label the frames(i.e, effect,0,1,2) Im so confused.
