Many owners are not active on their own clubs/cliques. This causes much distress on other people, becuase other clubs/cliques are trying to get past them for no reason.

If you say your club/clique is "under construction," speed it up so members don't get ancy, and people don't start getting angry!

If you don't have enough time for your club/clique, hand it over to someone else, or delete it. There is no reason to keep holding on to it.
