is in the air and soon it will be summer. This is the most romantic time of the year for many of us, and there is no reason to avoid having a few new crushes and landing a boyfriend for these last few weeks. In fact, having a new guy to focus your attention on might keep you more than a bit interested in coming to school every morning. If you manage to have a little crush on someone in those hard classes, your energy level might go up as well Ė especially if youíre lab partners.
Itís hard to sit inside on a beautiful spring day. In fact, itís hard to sit at all. So, even though you have to sit through class, donít just stay inside for the rest of the day after youíre finished. Head outside to get a bit of sun and wind on your face and to get your share of the beautiful outdoors before heading back into the depressing school building the next morning. You might even be able to convince your teacher to take you outside during class so that you can soak up the warmth then, too.
Clean Up Your Mess
For some, the key to productivity and making the end of the year successful is finding all of the things that have gone missing over the school year. Start digging through your locker and notebooks to get your notes organized. You might need them for the final that is coming up. You can also organize your locker and backpack to look for projects you need to turn in, any missing homework assignments and the books that get turned back into the library by the end of the year.
The days are long and they can drag, so find ways to amuse yourself. Look for humor in the everyday situations and read funny books to help the days move by quickly. The more youíre able to go through the day with a cheerful and happy disposition, the more youíll actually enjoy being in school Ė even when itís starting to feel a bit like a prison.
